Pediatric Pulmonologist

Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Pediatric Pulmonologist to join its Division of Pulmonology within the Department of Pediatrics at CHRISTUS Children's in San Antonio. Responsibilities

• Admit, evaluate, diagnose, consult, and provide treatment to neonates, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with conditions, disorders, and diseases of the respiratory system and lungs
• Utilize a variety of invasive and noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic techniques
• Provide care to patients in the intensive care setting in conformance with unit policies
• Assess, stabilize, and determine disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with medical staff policy

Requirements

• M.D./D.O. degree, or equivalent successful completion of an accredited fellowship in pediatric pulmonology
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (or eligible for same)
• Board certification in pediatric pulmonology by the American Board of Pediatrics (or eligible for same)
