Position Details

• Part-time Pediatric Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team in Grand Junction and surrounding areas
• Competitive pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care: Up to $120 for SOC visits
• Schedule: 10-20 visits per week; potential annual earnings $36,400-$88,400
• Flexible schedule to support work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care by performing evaluations, interpreting assessment results, developing a plan of care with skilled interventions and goals, and implementing PT treatment plans in coordination with the physician
• Assist pediatric patients to develop or regain cognitive, neurological, physical, and/or sensory functioning and improve independence and quality of life
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other healthcare organizations to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective care
• Instruct clients, families/caregivers, and other healthcare personnel in the treatment plan as indicated
• Identify client and family needs for additional services and refer as appropriate
• Prepare and submit documentation per policy
• Maintain clinical competency in physical therapy theory and practice

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Colorado PT license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred, but not required
