Pediatric Otolaryngologist
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Pediatric Otolaryngologist to provide comprehensive care for pediatric ENT patients. This role involves leading a care team to ensure efficient and compassionate care within a dynamic, fully integrated non-profit healthcare system. Practice Info
- Dedicated Children's Center encompassing both inpatient and outpatient services for specialty pediatric care.
- Co-located pediatric intensive care, pediatric inpatient unit, NICU, and thriving multispecialty clinic at the flagship campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Thriving multispecialty clinic setting provides pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, surgery, behavioral medicine, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, chronic care, and radiology services.
- 24x7 hospitalist services provide 116 beds combined among NICU, PICU, and pediatric unit.
- Three pediatric urgent care clinics, staffed with pediatricians and pediatric nurses to care for ill children.
- Systemwide EPIC electronic medical record system with dedicated onsite support.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes of pediatric ENT patients.
- Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care.
- Participates in system-wide health management initiatives.
- Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
- Assists in the development and implementation of pediatric clinical and service standards.
- Receives and resolves patient complaints.
- Participates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.

Requirements
- Experienced BC practitioner or a new BC/BE graduate.
- MD/DO.
- BC/BE Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- NM Medical License.
- H-1B visa sponsorship available.
