Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Flexible Schedule Home Health

MGA Homecare is hiring compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing therapy team! We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, providing individualized care for children from birth to age 21 in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy
Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Supervise OTAs as needed (training available)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active state Occupational Therapy license
CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply we offer mentorship and support
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
