What You’ll Do

• Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community environments
• Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation (evaluations, progress reports, daily notes, LMNs, equipment forms, etc.)
• Build meaningful connections with families and coordinate care directly with them
• Collaborate as needed with physicians, orthotists, early intervention providers, and DME teams to support each child’s progress
