Job Description

Henry Ford St. John Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-timePediatric Neurologist to join our growing Pediatric Subspecialty Division. The St. John Children’s Hospital is located on the Henry Ford St. John Hospital and Medical Center campus inDetroit, MI .

This is anemployed position consisting of approximately90% dedicated clinical time and10% teaching and academic time withPediatric Residents and Medical Students .

The position includes a mix ofoutpatient consultations and longitudinal neurology care as well asshared inpatient consult coverage on a rotational basis. The division manages a wide range of neurologicconditions.

You will join acollaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of Pediatric Neurologist, and Pediatric Nurses, all supporting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients. Theoutpatient clinic is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm .

Qualifications

• Completion of anaccredited Pediatric Residency andPediatric NeurologyFellowship program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
• Demonstrated interest or experience inresident and medical student teaching is highly desirable.
• Interest or experience inclinical research, QI projects, or subspecialty program development is a plus.
