CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, one of Texas’ largest multispecialty groups, is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join their mission-driven organization in Tyler, TX. This full-time, 100% inpatient position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, community well-being, and work-life balance through innovative, AI-integrated support systems. The role involves working with an established team at CHRISTUS Mother Frances, a facility with comprehensive Women's and Children's Services.

• Work alongside 2 experienced physicians and 2 APCs

• Over 1500 Physicians and APCs in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas
• Facility: Level II Trauma Center, 28-bed Level III NICU, 500+ bed Hospital
• EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
