- Frederick Health presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced pediatric physician leader to guide the development of a Peds EM clinical team from its inception
- Responsible for covering 9 beds in the ED and 5 inpatient beds
- Annual ED volume is 16K with an average of 3 inpatients to round on per day
- Magnet-status accredited with fully staffed nursing
- Cutting-edge facilities, including point-of-care ultrasound in the ED, an ED pharmacist, and dedicated ED social work/case management
Compensation
- W2 rates equivalent to $167/hour days; $177/hour nights
- Additional Medical Director Stipend
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour shifts for physicians
- APPs work a swing shift

Requirements
- Board-certified pediatrician with emergency medicine experience
- At least one year of director or associate director experience preferred
