Pediatric Anesthesiologist

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their established team in Germantown, Tennessee. This role provides comprehensive anesthesia services across three acute care hospitals on the same campus, including a dedicated children's hospital. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work within a well-supported pediatric unit in a highly sought-after community.

Practice Info

• Pediatric services include a twelve-bed inpatient unit
• Eight operating suites with the ability to open two more
• Forty-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology in-house coverage
• Ten exam rooms
• Provide anesthesia services to three acute care hospitals on the same campus: Baptist Memorial Hospital – Memphis, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $600,000
• Sign on Incentive: $100,000

Shift & Schedule

• Full call taking position
• 26-Week FT schedule
• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• Fellowship Trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
