PCT

As a PCT at U.S. Renal Care, you will deliver hands-on support to patients receiving dialysis in a compassionate, patient-first environment. Working closely with RNs, nephrologists, and an interdisciplinary care team, you will help prepare treatment stations, assist with patient setup, monitor vital signs, document care, and maintain infection control and safety standards.

You’ll build strong patient relationships, support daily comfort and mobility needs, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning with opportunities for growth across the organization.
