Overview
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing. This role supports payroll cycles, compliance, and employee inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi‑monthly)
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax reporting
- Handle employee payroll questions and maintain records
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Support year-end reporting (W‑2s, 1099s)
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information
