Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Configure and maintain payroll tax settings, including multi-state and local tax requirements
• Support payroll processing cycles and time collection/approval workflows
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping data conversions and migrations
• Configure, test, and validate payroll rules and system functionality
• Perform payroll reconciliations and parallel testing to ensure data accuracy
• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing, tax updates, and payroll balancing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and best practices

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience implementing and/or optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong expertise in: Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Tax Configuration
• Deep understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and tax regulations
• Experience with payroll data migration, testing, and system validation
• Knowledge of payroll tax calculations, withholding requirements, and multi-jurisdiction tax setups
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements
