Hourly Pay: $15-18 per hour depending on experience

Additional Compensation: Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA's After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)

Schedule: Full Time (Monday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday: 8 AM - 6:30 PM, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: 8 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 5:30 PM)

Patient Services Coordinator Job duties include:

• Greet patients in a polite and inviting manner in order to facilitate a comforting and welcoming environment
• Answer phones timely and professionally in order to ensure office efficiency at every level of your office
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patients' records according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and our company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our patients
• Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics to aid our billing office and medical staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area to enhance the patient experience of your office
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Experience in medical field preferred
