The role: You’re the patient’s first and last touchpoint. Answer the practice line and texts, run intake and pre-screening, schedule in Charm EHR, verify insurance/collect copays, send reminders, chase no-shows, and keep the clinician’s day running. 20 hrs/week to start, weekdays. Scripts, SOPs, and a weekly scorecard provided — you own the numbers.
Must have: 2+ yrs front-desk/coordinator in a medical or behavioral practice · EHR experience (Charm a big plus) · insurance verification basics · HIPAA-trained · warm phone presence · Miami-based.
