Duties

- Collaborate with clients for document processing and legalization.
- Meet annual billable hour requirement of 1650 hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Experience managing patent prosecution docket.
- Ability to collaborate with partners and legal staff.
- Law firm or in-house IP experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Certifications
- U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
