This is a repetitive, physically demanding role in a dirty industrial environment, ideal for someone who can stay focused and maintain accuracy throughout the shift.
Job Summary
- Sort and inspect parts for defects or quality issues
- Identify and remove bad or defective parts from production
- Perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks throughout the shift
- Conduct roaming inspections as needed
- Lift and handle parts weighing up to 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Experience Required
- Previous manufacturing, production, inspection, or quality control experience is helpful but not required
- Experience working in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment is a plus
- Ability to maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Good eyesight and ability to closely inspect parts for defects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify differences between acceptable and defective parts
- Comfortable working in a dirty industrial environment
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift
