This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and cost control across multiple active jobs.ResponsibilitiesSupervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standardsManage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost controlMaintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectationsPerform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper orderingClearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeownersServe as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concernsDiagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionallyManage multiple projects simultaneouslyOversee projects from implementation through completionAllocate labor, materials, and resources effectivelyLead by example and contribute to the development of the operations teamAbility to lift 75+ poundsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred5–10+ years experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installationProven project and subcontractor management experiencePortfolio of work performed and managed requiredStrong leadership presence with a professional demeanorSelf-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and results-drivenExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesHigh-level customer service skillsLeadership mindset with long-term career goalsCarpentry experience required
