Parish Operations Director: Finance, Facilities & Growth

Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking an Operations Director for Our Lady, the Mystical Rose in Cicero, IL. This role leads parish operations, finance, HR, facilities and school support to ensure sound stewardship and mission alignment.

The OD partners with the Pastor and Principal to drive financial performance, internal controls and parish governance while maintaining confidentiality and Catholic values throughout the organization.
