Part-Time Aide Position
We are seeking a part-time aide to support student learning in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math. Responsibilities include working with individual students or small groups under the direction of the lead teacher, providing instructional support in ELA and/or Math, and assisting with grading as needed. This is an aide position (no lesson planning or parent conferences required). Key qualities of a successful candidate include patience, compassion, and empathy, professionalism, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a servant leadership spirit.
Position details: Risen Christ Lutheran School, Springfield, OH. 15 hours per week. Start date ASAP. Minimum qualifications: Associate's degree required, valid ODE aide permit (may apply after being selected), and satisfactory results on criminal records check.
