Workers' Compensation ParalegalA well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a fast-paced and collaborative practice.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support to 1–2 attorneys in a busy workers' compensation practiceDraft legal pleadings, correspondence, and other case-related documentsFile pleadings and manage court submissionsMonitor case schedules, deadlines, and important filingsManage and organize client files, including electronic document systemsCoordinate and maintain attorney calendars and schedulingPrepare discovery requests and responsesObtain and manage medical and wage recordsAssist with trial preparation and case strategy supportCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third partiesRespond to inquiries and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport overall team initiatives and assist with additional projects as needed
