Paper Machine Manager

Key Responsibilities as the Paper Machine Manager:
• Lead overall paper mill operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets
• Lead and develop teams across multiple levels, including operators, supervisors, and superintendents
• Monitor and improve key operating metrics, productivity, reliability, and efficiency
• Drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Quality teams to improve mill performance
• Provide leadership and direction for capital projects, modernization, and operational improvements.
Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Manager:
• Strong paper manufacturing experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Reliability, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a paper manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading operators, supervisors, and/or superintendents
• Strong technical and operational knowledge of paper manufacturing
• Tissue/Towel experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
• Stable career progression and demonstrated success taking on increasing responsibility
• Must be willing to relocate and work on-site.
