Pain Management Advanced Practitioner — Urgent Access & Interventions

Legacy Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our interdisciplinary pain program. The APP will manage urgent access appointments, evaluate/intervene in interventional pain procedures, and provide longitudinal medication management for chronic pain patients, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers.
