Paige For PA: Field OrganizerPaige Cognetti's congressional campaign is hiring Field Organizers to organize communities across Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Wayne, and Pike counties. Organizers will report to the Field Director and will be responsible for managing all volunteer activity in a designated turf within the district.Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to participate in direct voter contact in support of Paige CognettiBuild strong, impactful relationships with local leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations to support the campaignPlan, manage, and execute volunteer events (e.g. organizing meetings, phone banks, canvasses) throughout the districtTrack and report volunteer engagement and voter contact work on a daily basisAssist in office management and organizationCollaborate with other Field Organizers and team members to ensure program consistency and coverage across the districtExecute direct voter contact such as canvassing, phone banking, and text banking as needed Other duties as assigned in support of the campaign's broader goalsRequirements:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with volunteers, and communicate effectively and clearlyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and hit metric goals in a fast-paced environmentFlexible, adaptable, team player with a solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work evenings and weekendsAccess to a vehicle; travel within the district is requiredAccess to a smartphone, laptop, and comfortable working with technology including voter databases, social media platforms, and SMSPreferred, but not required:Prior organizing or campaign experience (in a paid or volunteer capacity)Experience with CRMs such as VAN/VotebuilderPaige for PA is an equal opportunity employer and it is our policy to recruit, hire, train, promote and administer any and all personnel actions without regard to sex, race, age, color, creed, national origin, religion, economic status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity or expression, ethnic identity or physical disability, or any other legally protected basis.
