Overview

YunoJuno Talent Manager - Creative & Marketing - Freelance & Contract across the UK, EU & USA. We are looking for a meticulous data-driven digital marketer to join our Amplification team as a Senior Paid Social Specialist. This role will directly impact global growth and engagement for the business – this person will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across numerous channels and closely collaborate with our in-house Influencer team. Reporting directly to the Amplification Senior Manager, this person needs to be a blend of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.

Base pay range

$71.87/hr - $71.87/hr

Responsibilities

• Spearhead creation and optimization of paid amplification campaigns across multiple channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.


• Collaborate on global dark post amplification, cutting-edge influencer campaigns, B2B, and B2C paid media support tailored to specific audiences and markets around the globe.


• Craft data-driven performance analysis and ad optimization for internal stakeholders.


• Develop, document, and deliver testing alongside Amplification team members to drive channel-specific insights, analysis, and continual improvements.


• Provide ongoing monthly reporting analysis in partnership with social and influencer analytics team members.


• Leverage AI-driven tools that increase efficiency, experimentation, and testing.


• Assist in implementing broader platform opportunities to enhance company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in paid social advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing


• Familiarity with all major social media advertising capabilities


• Analytical skills, an interest in data-driven decision making, and curiosity to learn


• A team synergy champion - driving high-performance and cooperation


• Strong attention to detail, high organizational / project management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Someone who exhibits integrity, an eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently


• Basic foundational knowledge of Influencer marketing a plus


• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
