Outside Security Services Sales Representative

Per Mar Security Services, a family-owned leader in security solutions since 1953, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our customer base across an assigned Midwest territory. In this field-based role, you will prospect and develop new residential, commercial, and industrial clients, conduct on-site security needs assessments, and sell tailored alarm, monitoring, and security officer services. You’ll collaborate closely with operations and monitoring teams, manage your pipeline via CRM, and build long-term customer relationships in a supportive, training-focused culture with clear advancement paths.
