Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
$150K–$200K Target Compensation
Top Rep earned $215K in 2025
Monthly Car Allowance + Fuel Card

Denver, CO | Hybrid + Local Customer Visits
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in new-install fire sprinkler projects who understands both the technical and sales sides of the business.
What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of fire sprinkler sales or design experience
• Experience specifically with NEW INSTALL fire sprinkler projects — not service-only sales
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, sprinkler design drawings, and applicable NFPA codes
• Fire sprinkler project management experience
• Strong closing, negotiation, and customer-facing skills
• Sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation experience is a major plus!
The commission structure pays from dollar one , includes significant accelerators, and has NO CAP on earnings.
