Outpatient Dialysis RN: Entry-Level CAP Track

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in Portland, OR. This entry-level position advances through the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, with potential delegation to care staff as needed. Responsibilities include documenting data, updating care plans, educating patients and families, and delivering safe hemodialysis therapy.
