Outbound Call Specialist
Location: Wake Forest, NC (Remote/Hybrid - Must Reside in North Carolina)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to medical facilities across various specialties
- Research and verify information using web-based tools and internal systems
- Accurately document findings in standardized report templates
- Maintain high attention to detail and data integrity
- Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality customer service
Qualifications:
- Professional phone communication skills
- 1-2 years of office or call center experience preferred (not required)
- Outbound calling experience a plus
- Strong organization, accuracy, and computer skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
