Order Fulfillment AssociateThe Order Fulfillment Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Order Fulfillment Manager with various aspects of customer order process for a retail branch location. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective order entry, management and fulfillment strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, efficient service at the express pick-up area by completing accurate register transactions, verifying memberships, loading customer orders, and expediting checkout to minimize wait timesDrive completion of open customer orders as directed by Order Fulfillment Manager and/or SpecialistSupport the growth and customer utilization of online ordering and all order fulfillment options within market reach of the branch locationCommunicate effectively with the Inventory and Sales Departments to maintain a consistent focus on what is best for our customersPerform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goalsMaintain cleanliness and organization of registers, customer orders, and the express pick up area of the location
