This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote).Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret US healthcare claims data to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and strategic opportunitiesSupport leadership with data-driven recommendations and executive reportingTranslate complex healthcare and business requirements into actionable analytics solutionsWrite and optimize complex Oracle/SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validationDevelop scalable datasets, data models, and reporting structures supporting healthcare operations and claims analysisPerform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple data sourcesUtilize Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processing, and workflow optimizationDevelop reusable analytics workflows and support process automation initiativesEnsure data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracyBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reportsCreate KPI tracking, operational metrics, and claims performance reportingPartner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive, business-friendly visualizationsLead and support cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, analytics, and technology teamsPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate with business partners to drive strategic and operational improvementsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Bachelor's Degree7+ years of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development4+ years writing complex Oracle SQL queries2+ years of Python developmentUS Healthcare Claims experience (Payer/Health Plan)Power BI or TableauOracle SQL Performance TuningX12 (837, 835, 834)SQL*LoaderBULK COLLECT / FORALLPL/SQL Packages & Stored ProceduresExplain Plan / DBMS_XPLANQuery OptimizationPartitioningData WarehousingETL Pipelines
