The team acts as system liaison between Technology and Finance to support new initiatives and maintain ERP Financial Systems such as Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Financials on OCI, EPBCS (Hyperion Planning), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Coupa, ReadSoft Online, Lucernex, Vertex O Series, Spreadsheet Server (Insight Software) ReportingA day in the life:The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both business, functional and technical requirements for features and functionality to support our internal business needs and guest experiences.Business and functional requirements gathering & document technical requirementsPerforms troubleshooting and investigates root cause of production issuesTranslating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teamsPrioritizing requirements based on business and technical needsAssess configuration options to meet requirements and specificationsAligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholdersInclude dependency management and architectural decisions in requirementsUtilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessionsDocuments technical solutions to identified problemsEngages with engineers to design/configure solutionsStrong skills in cross-functional partnership and gaining alignment within constraints of the project or workQualifications:Post secondary degree in Accounting, Information Systems. Accounting designation preferred.7+ years hands on global experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials ERP systemsExperience providing requirements for medium to large initiativesAct as functional lead on 2+ full life cycle financial project implementation and post go live supportStrong QA experience is an assetExperience with all aspects of project management, development & change management cycleExperience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesProven facilitation and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust haves:Strong application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials – GL, AP, AR, AGIS, Projects, FA, eBTax, iExpense, Cash ManagementSolid experience in designing integrations to and from Oracle EBS R12.2 FinancialsWorking knowledge in peripherals applications such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPBCS (Hyperion) that integrate closely with Orcle EBS FinancialsAbility to manage system integrations and UAT cycleWorking knowledge in: Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, sftp connectivity, Single Sign OnGood understanding of EBS technical environmentOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification is an assetAbility to accurately identify, document and recommend solutions to complex business problemsAbility to multi-task and deliver within tight timelineRequired Skills: Business Analysis Additional Skills: Business Analyst
