Strong technical knowledge in all RICEW components like Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports and OAF
Should have worked on E-Biz suite implementation and customizations
Should be able to solution custom process
Should have done all the documentations mandated by the implementation / customization
Should have done a client facing role and worked as individual contributor
Should have knowledge on Finance Module (AP, AR, GL & FA)
Non-Technical:
Superior self-motivation, integrity, interpersonal skills and a natural troubleshooter
Should have good verbal and written communication skills
Should have good documentation skills
