We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deploymentAt least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processAt least 4 years of experience in Oracle application testingAt least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test DesignExperience in Supply chain domain is an added advantage.At least 1-2 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like OATS and SeleniumAt least 4 years of experience with test management tools like HP Quality center, preparation of Test strategy, test execution analysis & reportingAt least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reportingAt least 4 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environmentAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAnalytical and Communication skills / Planning and Co-ordination skills / Experience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBasic Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
