Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)We are seeking a senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support and manage enterprise database environments. This role focuses on Oracle DBA operations (not development), providing hands-on administration, performance tuning, automation, and high availability support while partnering closely with application teams.Key responsibilities include:Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and tune Oracle databases (RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, ASM, Partitioning)Provide day-to-day DBA support, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and data integrityMonitor databases and systems (processes, logs, storage, locks, traces) and proactively resolve issuesManage backup, recovery, disaster recovery, replication, and failover (GoldenGate or HVR)Perform schema management, auditing configuration, and routine maintenance activitiesDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Python, and AnsiblePrepare and review operational, performance, and capacity reports; recommend system improvementsRequired skills include:Strong Oracle DBA SME experienceLinux (mandatory)Automation/Scripting: Shell, Python, AnsiblePerformance tuning and monitoring expertiseReplication, HA/DR, and recovery experienceNice to have:Redis or other NoSQL databasesNote: This is a DBA-only role.
