Responsibilities
- Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends, and refactors substantially complex programs/scripts and application integrations
- Investigates escalated, non-routine, and high-impact incidents and seeks resolution with responsible service owners.
- Leads assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk. Liaises with business and technology teams on release scheduling and progress communication. Ensures release processes and procedures are applied, and releases can be rolled back as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science.
