Job duties for the Engineer will include: partnering closely with technology team members and clients to refine requirements and solution strategy for reporting related to the Talent and Compensation modules within Oracle, building custom reports using BI Publisher, assisting and participating in the testing throughout implementation, documentation and knowledge transfer to support reports post go-live.
