If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you!Your opportunityThe Ops Support Analyst supports U.S. Transfer Agency Operations with a focus on change support, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through technology, data, and disciplined execution. Review, test, and support implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and operational process changes. Support project management activities including tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Assist with rollout of new tools, workflows, and processes, including testing and documentation. Analyze operational workflows and recommend automation or technology-based solutions. Produce periodic performance, productivity, and operational reporting. Communicate project updates and operational changes to stakeholders at all levels. Support prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives.
