The position offers an excellent base salary and bonus structure.The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining customer relations and performing a variety of operations related tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones/emails/texts, handling/performing services, speaking with customers, and callback reports.Your responsibilities:Strong communication, time management, problem solving, risk management, technical, & negotiation skillsFollow detail oriented office procedures/field proceduresCoordinates office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basisHandling communication and schedule for servicesSchedule with customers and follow up with homeowners on completed servicesEnsure that all issues are resolved the most efficient and cost effective way to ensure customer satisfactionManaging the 5-star experience for services, setting up the punch list, technician, materials and time so service is closed out during the first service visit.Updating staff/customers of any issues, delays or add-onMaintain high standards of workmanship, that adhere to original plans & specifications, as well as company standardKnowledge of proper scope of workPerform other duties as assignedYour qualifications:Must be proficient in Office365 or Google SuiteStrong communicationTime managementProblem solving, risk management,Negotiation skillsAble to multitask proficientlyGoal orientedMinimum 2 years of post secondary educationMinimum 2 years of construction operations related experienceSalary and benefits:Base pay plus bonuses.Realistic, multi-tiered, performance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical/dental/matching 401(k)Paid vacation and holidaysSalary: $55,000 to $75,000.00/year
