Duties will consist of supervision of sales, superintendents, and/or technicians for the Louisiana district.

Work to achieve the financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals established by the District General Manager.This position is a local operations management position that reports to District General Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the applicable division(s). The Manager will supervise technical and administrative personnel to achieve financial or operational goals.

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for technical personnel and ensuring personnel are properly trained.Job responsibilities include:Work with the General Manager and other managers to develop financial and operational goalsEnsure the effective operation of the Division, and the efficiency of personnel.Establish productivity goals for the technical and administrative goals that fit in with the tactical priorities of the division.Achieve the assigned monthly goals for revenue and cost control; work to correct any budgetary deficienciesLead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer serviceLearn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codesProtect the company's assetsPerform any other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Managing MemberJob requirements include:Minimum of 3 years related operational management experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business.Knowledge of NICET requirements in the industry or equivalent training from manufacturers or institutions.Established knowledge of all product lines and services offered by Impact Fire Services.Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the Company's information systems applications.Well-developed interviewing and hiring skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, to meet customer requirements.Willingness to travel out of town including overnight lodging.Demonstrate a high level of customer service.Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.In addition to the above, the most desirable candidate will have:A four-year college degree in management or business administration or comparable experience is a plusIndustry licensing or certification of competency with fire alarms and commercial sprinkler systemsSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
