The Operations Director is responsible for the actions of the team and the overall reputation of the business. They play a pivotal role in our ability to achieve excellent operational execution, uphold a remarkable environment, and maintain balanced profitability. The Operations Director position is the first step into management within our organization.

- Additional Information: This role requires a one year minimum commitment to working evenings for the 2‑11 pm shift. This experience prepares an individual for a potential daytime position in the future. This position is based on a 45‑hour work week
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper Chick‑fil‑A training and standards are taught and maintained resulting in 98% or above in Deloitte evaluations and a 1 in Ecosure evaluations
- Lead weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
- Keep store in like‑new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
- Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO
- Maintain 82% or above in key Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories
- Partner with the Human Resources department to interview and select top talent
- Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Person‑In‑Charge (PIC)
- Build talent pipelines within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
- Provide fair, objective, and constructive performance feedback
- Build team culture and morale
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 1‑3 years of leadership experience
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10‑65 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Bachelor's degree preferred
