Facility Operations DutyMonitors operations of facility or assigned area, normally during absence of the club manager and/or assistant manager, and during the workday, nights or on weekends. Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of contracts and payments. Prepares reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues. Inspects and secures facility at the beginning and end of the shift. Maintains and enforces security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment and property in accordance with directives and regulations, to include conducting walkthrough inspections with customers before and after functions.
Provides event/function set up and break down of equipment as needed. Must be able to understand A/V equipment and troubleshooting. This is a position of trust.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
