DailyArrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendor to Kintetsu World Express, (U.S.A.), Inc (KWE) location. Arrange transfer of shipments from KWE to carrier.
DailyArrange flights with airlines for customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customers. DailyPrint documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export. Print and apply cargo labels to shipments. DailyClose Master Air Waybill (MAWB) and check the entry data of MAWB and House Air Waybill (HAWB) for correction, if needed please revise.Issue and close pouch MAWB's for shipments being tendered to airlines. As neededAssist in visually inspecting freight, ensuring it has the necessary stickers to ship out correctly As neededCreate invoices for customer shipments, third party, and freehouse billings. DailyProvide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments.
