Operating Room Nurse Leader — Full-Time

UW Medical Center–Northwest is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3 for our Main Operating Room, Surgical Services. This full-time role provides clinical leadership, mentors perioperative staff and supports the Nurse Manager with daily operations and education initiatives.

You will coordinate orientation, ensure high-quality patient care, and help implement safety and performance metrics while maintaining excellent service standards in a fast-paced surgical environment.
