The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a non‑tenure track Pediatric Anesthesiologist as a full‑time academic Open Rank Professor to work at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Academic rank is commensurate with training and experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Teaching and supervision of nurse anesthetists and residents
- Opportunities for clinical and basic science research
Qualifications
- Education: MD, DO, or equivalent degree. Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency program and a pediatric fellowship.
- Licenses: ABPN board certification or board eligibility. A current unrestricted Tennessee medical license at time of appointment. Current DEA certification number.
