On-Site Workplace Experience Lead

Apptronik in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day experience of the Sunnyvale site, including the reception desk, guest experience, and vendor coordination. You’ll partner with the EA and HR teams to ensure readiness, security, and demo-ready spaces for executives and VIPs.

You’ll operate independently, balance quick decision-making with escalation, and help scale the site toward ~80 employees by end of 2026, maintaining a polished, functional workplace.
