We strive to make sure our people can do both.The responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to greet, assist, and provide support, direction, and information to staff, clients, visitors, and other guests of the business. To support this culture, this position is designated as on-site and cannot be performed remotely. We expect the responsibilities of this role to be carried out within an office or job site setting.
This is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position. Working hours are 7:30am - 3:30 pm. Hourly range: $26.00/hour - $29.00/hour.Key elements of your day-to-day:Greets clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs them to the appropriate location.Answers incoming phone calls on multi-lined telephone in a courteous and professional manner and routes calls as appropriate.Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries. Distributes items to specific individuals.Maintains cleanliness of the office, conference rooms, and kitchen/café to exceptional standards for clients and colleagues.Schedules and prepares meeting and conference rooms.
This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and cleaning up after.Stocks and maintains beverages and food in the kitchen.Stocks and maintains all office supplies.
