Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
- Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and families in therapy techniques to support their ongoing recovery at home.
- Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure patients' continued progress.
Education Requirements
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Necessary Certifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
