Job Title: Occupational Therapist Reports To: Director of Special Education or Occupational Therapist Department Lead We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students with disabilities in the school setting. You'll evaluate and provide evidence-based interventions to improve student participation and independence in daily and educational activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help develop and implement IEPs that meet individual student needs. Conduct assessments to evaluate student occupational performance and create comprehensive reports Provide targeted, evidence-based therapy to facilitate learning, independence, and participation Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop IEPs and intervention plans Maintain accurate records and document therapy services for accountability and reimbursement purposes As a full-time W-2 employee, you'll have access to:
