Job Title : Occupational Health Physician
Location : Minneapolis, MN (Blaine Area) Schedule : Monday - Friday (8am-5pm), no nights/weekends Salary: $100-$135/ hr. (Flexible compensation packages available)

QualificationsRequired:

• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license in the state of Minnesota (MN).
• Family Medicine experience of at least 2 years.

Preferred:

• Occupational Medicine experience of at least 1 year.
• Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) certification/license.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Board Certification / Eligibility is highly preferred.
• Occupational Medicine experience is preferred; however, training is available for qualified candidates.
• State licensure requirements must be met.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from a recognized university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
