Observability Engineer (SRE)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, IT Operations, or Observability.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring.
• Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Hands-on with DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Dynatrace API/Workflows.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and production support experience.
• Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud-native applications.
• ServiceNow/ITIL and SRE best practices are preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
